Here at Upstate Lease we want to provide as many rent payment options as we can while keeping costs low for all parties. Please let us know how you intend to pay BEFORE the due date so we can get you setup with our account number, QR code, mailing instructions or an apartments.com login. Unfortunately we do not accept Paypay, Venmo, or Cash App at this time.
Mail Check or Money Order
We accept payment the ol' fashion way. Mail. Support your local postal service by mailing your payment for the cost of a stamp!

Depost at any TD Bank
We partner with TD Bank to accept rent payments at any local TD Bank location. Payment Coupons & instructions are provided by Upstate Lease to ensure proper payment.
Apartments.com
We partner with Apartments.com to accept payments online via ACH draft or Credit/Debit Card.
Zelle
We can now accept payment directly from your bank through Zelle. (If your bank offers the service also)
