Upstate Lease is a small family owned property management company located in Greenville, South Carolina.  We have a combined 30 years of property management experience in the greater Greenville area.  We are familiar with the market and have watched it grow over the years.  We offer a non-invasive management style which our tenants love.  We provide regular HVAC servicing which keeps repairs to a minimum while keeping our tenants comfortable year round.  We are also real estate investors, so we have a full understanding of the owner/landlord/tenant relationship.
